IPM 3-phase Inverter Simulator
A three-phase motor drive inverter system is implemented to simulate the power loss and junction temperature of each device inside IPM at the given static load conditions.
The simulation settings include DC bus voltage, motor phase current, PWM frequency, modulation strategy (typical motor drive PWM modulation options are available), heat-sink parameters and reference temperature etc. Results are shown in summary tables as well as time dependent waveforms. Additionally, the designers can compare the effect of parameter variations or the operation of different parts directly.

- Select Part(s) by clicking the checkboxes
- Select ‘Get Result’ at bottom of list to view simulation results
- Select ‘Hold result’ to keep trace and compare to new simulation results.
